Why Frenchies Need This

Every Feature Exists
for a Reason

Most harnesses are built for long-necked dogs. This one is built for a Frenchie.

Front No-Pull D-Ring: gently redirects your Frenchie to ease pulling on walks
Padded Chest Panel: spreads pressure across the chest, off the short neck
4 Adjustment Points: dial in the fit for a broad, barrel chest
Breathable Mesh: light and airy for warm-weather walks
Padded Top Handle: quick, secure control when you need it

Built for the Breed

Reflective & Safe

Reflective stitching keeps your Frenchie visible on evening walks.

The Difference

Pressure Off the Neck, Not On It

A thin neck collar puts all the force on a Frenchie’s short neck. The BreatheEasy vest spreads it across the broad chest — so walks stay calm and comfortable.

Before and after: a French Bulldog straining on a thin neck collar versus relaxed in the BreatheEasy chest harness

Measure Before Buying

Size Guide

This harness goes over your dog's head (it's not a step-in). For Frenchies the key check is the head: your dog's head must pass through the neck opening. Measure the chest (widest point behind the front legs), the neck (base of the neck), and the head (widest point) — then match all three below.

Size	Chest girth	Neck girth	Max head (fits through)	Best for
S	12–21 in (30–53 cm)	13–18.5 in (33–47 cm)	up to 18.5 in (47 cm)	Puppies & smaller / leaner Frenchies (snug)
M ⭐	14–28 in (36–71 cm)	13.5–18.5 in (34–47 cm)	up to 18.5 in (47 cm)	Most adult French Bulldogs
L	17–34 in (43–86 cm)	17–24 in (43–61 cm)	up to 24 in (61 cm)	Broad, stocky Frenchies & bigger breeds
XL	19.5–40 in (50–102 cm)	22–31.5 in (56–80 cm)	up to 31.5 in (80 cm)	Extra-broad / larger breeds

Most adult Frenchies are a Small or Medium. The head must be no larger than the "max head" for that size (it slips over the head). Between two sizes on chest? Size down for a snug fit — the 4 straps still adjust. Not sure? Message us your Frenchie's chest, neck and head measurements and we'll pick for you. 30-day returns.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

How do I get the fit right?

Measure your Frenchie’s chest and neck girth, match our size guide, then fine-tune with the four adjustment points for a snug, comfortable fit.

How does the no-pull work?

Clip the leash to the front D-ring. When your Frenchie pulls, it gently turns them back toward you instead of putting pressure on the neck.

What sizes and colors are there?

Sizes S through XL and several colors. Medium fits most adult French Bulldogs — check the size guide to be sure.

Is it comfortable for a flat-faced dog?

Yes — the padded vest spreads pressure across the chest and keeps it off the short neck, with breathable mesh for airflow.
