How long does shipping take?

Standard orders arrive in 5–12 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Are the products safe for Frenchies?

Absolutely. Every product in our store is carefully selected with the unique needs of French Bulldogs in mind — from their brachycephalic airways to their sensitive skin and joint health. We only carry products that we would use on our own Frenchies.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of it right away.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently operate within the United States. We're actively working to expand to more countries — stay tuned!

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size guide in its description. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit for your Frenchie.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
