LilFrenchy sells pet products, accessories, and apparel primarily for French Bulldogs. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days for standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lilfrenchy.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Pet Safety Disclaimer

All products are designed with pet safety in mind. However, always supervise your pet when wearing clothing or using accessories. Never leave pets unattended in clothing for extended periods. LilFrenchy is not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from improper use of our products.

All content on lilfrenchy.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by LilFrenchy or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LilFrenchy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
