Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Items must be in original packaging/condition
- Items must not show signs of pet hair, odor, or wear
How to Return
- Email contact@lilfrenchy.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless our error)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Options
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit (we'll add a bonus 10% for choosing this option)
- Exchange for a different size or team jersey
Wrong Item / Damaged on Arrival
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please send a photo to contact@lilfrenchy.com within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Final sale items (if marked)
