Our Promise: If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us and we'll find a solution.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be in original packaging/condition
  • Items must not show signs of pet hair, odor, or wear

How to Return

  1. Email contact@lilfrenchy.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless our error)
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Options

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Store credit (we'll add a bonus 10% for choosing this option)
  • Exchange for a different size or team jersey

Wrong Item / Damaged on Arrival

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please send a photo to contact@lilfrenchy.com within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Final sale items (if marked)
